In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Consumer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Consumer within 14 days of receiving the product; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer Consumer with a single order, the fourteen-day deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the 14 days mentioned above, the following form to be completed in every part of it.

The notice of withdrawal must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching copy of the documentation proving the purchase.
The Seller communicates to the Consumer Consumer without delay a confirmation of receipt, via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure on the site, of the exercised withdrawal.
In compliance with the provisions of article 59, letter. c) and d) of the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. Furthermore, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery ( art. 59 letter i) of the Italian Consumer Code.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within 14 (fourteen days) from the day on which the consumer Consumer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack.

The only costs payable by the consumer Consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in article 57, paragraph 1, of the Italia Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, the Seller will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs and any customs duties) by the Consumer Consumer within 14 (fourteen days) of date on which the consumer Consumer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or by using the bank details provided by the consumer Consumer with the withdrawal notice and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Consumer at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, the Seller will eliminate any benefit connected to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Consumer as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g. discount vouchers).

The Seller will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods for appropriate checks, in any case no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return form.
However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the consumer Consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the Consumer Consumer will be able to regain, at his own expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Consumer Consumer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transport costs are the responsibility of the Consumer.
